CATraining has continually broadened the portfolio of courses from the basic vocational and skill based subjects through accredited training for BASIS and FACTS to IT and Computer technology and Communications.

We are pleased to be a member of Anglia Rural Training, an umbrella association for training providers in the East of England through which we are presently able to access funding for qualifying business. Our most important criteria is that we enjoy what we do and believe in the value of training and developing skills for all our customers.

History
CATraining was first established in 1978 by a group of Farmers to provide training and skill development to Agriculture in South Cambridgeshire. It has now expanded becoming a Limited Company in 2002 and expanding the areas it covers so that by 2010 it has customers in Cambridgeshire, East Suffolk and North Hertfordshire.

In 2012 we removed the subscription based model the business had operated with. We provide all customers with the same core benefits. We can provide an enhanced training managment service - please enquire for details.

The Future
We can see many changes in the way training will need to be presented in the future and the extrodinary economic pressures which are likely to affect many of our customers. Recent experience has shown us that investment in skill development continues as businesses see the value of a skilled team. We continue to strengthen and devlop our links with Lantra-Awards - for our Landbased training.

As a Microsoft Partner we are also aware of the many changes in how everyone is affected by Information Technology. We have invested in both software and hardware to be able to illustrate to customers how they can best utilise upcoming changes in this complex area..
